Personal Philosophy

I believe therapy provides an opportunity for clients to heal and grow. I support clients in planting the seeds of growth and walk beside them as they blossom in their own time and way. My therapy space creates a supportive environment for clients to access insights and tools needed to be the best version of themself. My counseling approach is LGBTQIA+ friendly, neurodivergent affirming, and person-centered. My practice is grounded in warmth, empathy, and authenticity. I strive to create a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. It is truly an honor for me to walk alongside clients throughout their journey and help them develop the skills and confidence to thrive.
