I am a board-certified physician assistant specializing in adult psychiatry. I completed advanced postgraduate training at the Medical College of Wisconsin after beginning my career in primary care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. My background in primary care and public health shaped my understanding that physical health, mental health, and the circumstances of a person’s life are fundamentally intertwined.

Every person brings a unique history, perspective, and set of experiences. I want to help each person understand what may be contributing to where they are now. Together, we can recognize patterns, consider new perspectives, and identify where change may be possible. I especially enjoy helping people understand how their brains and bodies work so they can respond to their emotions with greater awareness and choice. I bring curiosity, honesty, and genuine collaboration to this process, and I hope to be a steady source of support and advocacy as each person works toward meaningful change.

I work with adults across a range of psychiatric and life challenges, including mood and anxiety concerns, ADHD, obsessive or compulsive symptoms, trauma-related symptoms, eating and sleep concerns, substance use concerns, and major life transitions.

Alongside my clinical work, I teach and practice yoga and meditation. Both have shaped my own life and continue to influence how I think about the relationship between mind, body, and everyday experience.
