Philosophy
I am passionate about helping individuals through the healing process by providing them with the necessary tools and empowering them to use the strengths they already have, or strengths they want to have. I provide the best care for my clients by being nonjudgemental and focusing on how to achieve their goals and overcome difficult obstacles in life. I integrate the theory and skills of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy into my practice with an emphasis on building the therapeutic relationship. I aim to always create a safe environment for my clients to explore ways to change their lives and find hope and solutions to their problems.
