I believe in the importance of trust in the therapeutic alliance and that therapy is most effective when it is a partnership between the client and the counselor. I will empower you to use the strengths you already have, as well as set goals that will allow you discover more within yourself. I strive to provide a safe space for you to grow, change and explore the ways in which you want to better your life.

I take a non-judgmental approach and build an environment of trust for us to work in. I emphasize cura personalis, care for the whole person, and believe in focusing on overall wellness in addition to any specific area of your life. Therapy is an entirely unique and personal process and I will meet you where you are on your journey, wherever that may be. I use a variety of therapeutic methods to provide the best guidance for you and your individual treatment. I have experience with a variety of disorders and particularly enjoy working through life transitions, relationship/friendship issues and school/career issues.

I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to join you on your journey of healing, personal growth, and overall wellbeing.
