Personal Statement
As a young therapist, I am open to using a variety of theories and therapeutic methods to work with you on your problems. I believe that therapy is a uniquely personal process and that you should decide what your goals will be. I view therapy as a partnership between therapist and client. I am trained primarily in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Modification. I also find Mindfulness and Existential Psychology to be influential in my practice. Please contact me via telephone or email if you would like to know more about how I can help.
