At PCT, the health, safety and welfare of our clients and employees is our #1 priority. Our patients’
mental health during this trying time is equally important.
Amid concerns about the spread of COVID-19, we want to insure that we are doing everything we can to
maintain a safe environment, including increasing our sanitation of both the waiting room and individual
While PCT is considered essential healthcare, and we intend to stay open as long as it safe to do so, we
understand that you might not want to come in for an appointment due to the seriousness of COVID-19.
In an effort to remain accessible throughout this time, all of the providers are set up to do telepsych for
your continued therapy visits. You may want to continue coming in to the office for in person therapy,
however, we are asking you NOT to come in to the office if you A) have traveled outside of the state in
the last two weeks, B) are sick in any capacity, or C) if you suspect you may have been exposed to
someone with COVID-19 symptoms. At this time, we are being told that telepsych will be covered under
insurance, however it is your responsibility to call your insurance company to obtain further information
or authorization. PCT is offering self-pay discounts for any person not wanting to use their insurance.
In order for telepsych services to begin, you must sign a consent form specific to these services, which is

We are monitoring the situation closely by staying up to date with the latest information from the
Center for Disease Control and Prevention and local public health authorities. If we need to suspend all
in person therapy for the safety of our community, we will notify you. In the meantime, we encourage
you to prioritize your own health, safety and welfare to live and be well.
